The following on-line courses are available to NDAREC member-cooperatives that purchase any prepaid education plan in 2006:
Each on-line course addresses foundational principles of performance through:
- Self-paced instruction
- Interactive material
- Convenient 24-hour on-line access
- Interval coaching and review to apply newly acquired information to the workplace
- Immediate recall assessment—knowledge survey following the course material
- Overall retention assessment—final review of course material
