NDAREC names Clarice Kesler as communications director
Mandan, ND – May 26, 2026 – NDAREC announces the promotion of Clarice Kesler to communications director.
Kesler brings decades of experience with NDAREC involving member engagement and communications. Her promotion reflects the leadership responsibilities she has already been carrying and the association’s confidence in her ability to lead the communications function moving forward.
In her new role, Kesler will oversee all communications activities, including strategic messaging, internal and external communications, and North Dakota Living, guiding the magazine’s editorial direction and alignment with broader communications goals.
“I’m incredibly excited about the proven track record of experience Clarice brings to this role and what it means for our members and our association,” said Josh Kramer, executive vice president and general manager of NDAREC. “She knows cooperatives, she knows communications, and she leads with a deep understanding of what members value most—trust, authenticity and connection. As our industry and technology evolve, Clarice is exactly the kind of service‑oriented leader who will help us strengthen our communications platforms, tell our story with purpose and keep members at the center of everything we do.”
Kesler assumed the role as communications director in April.
