Our work at both the state and national levels keeps electricity at a fair and competitive price for member-consumers. We advocate for rural electric cooperative positions in the state legislature and Congress, and oversee regulatory issues and legislation.

• What is REPAC?

  The North Dakota Rural Electric Political Action Committee (REPAC) is the political arm of NDAREC and its member cooperatives. Its purpose is to provide financial support to statewide and legislative candidates who are identified as friends of the rural electric program. REPAC does not make contributions to candidates for federal office.

• America’s Electric Cooperatives PAC (formerly ACRE ) is the federal political action committee (PAC) of the nation’s electric co-ops. NRECA’s PAC supports political candidates who will speak for and protect the interests of electric co-ops and their consumer-owners.
