2025 EDUCATION PROGRAMS

To Our Members
The calendar includes dates for board-governance programs, employee and employee association professional development programs, supervisory training and webinars. Additionally, the calendar includes the dates for the two-phase Comprehensive Staking Technician Certification Program and the annual Cooperative Connection program for new employees and directors. NDAREC provides detailed course and registration information to NDAREC members approximately four weeks in advance of all in-person programs and conferences. This information will be distributed electronically.

New to the Prepaid Education Plan!
NDAREC is pleased to announce the addition of six webinars that focus on “Basic Electric Distribution Systems.” All employees are invited to register for these webinars. These webinars will be especially helpful to new employees and new directors. The prepaid education plan includes four all-employee webinars and these six webinars.
