Billing and Member Service Supervisor

Position based in Cando, ND. The Billing and Member Service Supervisor drives the success of the cooperative’s billing, payments and member inquiries. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of all billing processes while providing exceptional service to our members. The supervisor will coordinate and perform daily operations, resolving complex issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to maintain reliable, member-focused service that upholds the cooperative’s standards and mission.
